Solution

Logic Kernel developed a Progressive Web Application (PWA) for Mestyka. This application enables users to register, manage their profiles, search for personnel, oversee the hiring process, and access support services. For domestic staff, the PWA allows them to accept or decline job offers based on their needs, and manage their availability and rates.

Impact

Transforming a traditionally referral-based hiring process, the PWA significantly accelerated personnel placement. It also empowered domestic staff by giving them the autonomy to choose offers that best fit their preferences and schedules.
